The knowledge of life ranks among the oldest systems of health and healing.
Almost 5000 years ago the foundation-stone was put in form of the vedic knowledge.
Arranged into Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda and Atharva Veda first verbally delivered, later fixed in Sanskrit. this knowledge is the basis of the Ayurveda teachings.
Today only one part of this comprehensive knowledge is practically used.
Nevertheless the knowledge originating from India is applicable also to us. So we can profit by a large repertoire of measures for personal health care.
This basical system of health care and healing goes far beyond the well-known health term of purely physical health.
It contains in truly sense of the word an aspect, which sees humans as a connection of body, spirit and soul.
All ranges mentioned are equally addressed in ayurveda.
Ayurveda represents therefore a possible, personal way of development, which may be regarded as exciting. in various ways.
